GI - Screen ID reverts to 00000000 and Save button is disabled

Hi All,The issue pertains to version 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039.that we are using currently (planning to switch to version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025 next month)After completing a GI, we are facing the same issue of the Screen ID reverting back to 00000000 and disappearing from the saved list in their respective workspace (ReferNot only that, even the Save button for creating Filters is disabled. Because of the Screen ID reverting to 00000000, the GI is not available in the Access Rights screen. The error message reads "Sequence contains no elements”Does this issue persist in version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025?Any help/suggestion please? Manish

Item Missing from Prepare Replenishment

I have an item we previously made in house, but are we’re now purchasing from an outside vendor. I’ve update the replenishment parameters and assigned those to our warehouse but the item is not populating on the Prepare Replenishment screen. The item is active, the Item Warehouse status is active, the replenishment method doesn’t have any launch or termination dates. I’ve tried deleting the replenishment method and adding back. I’ve tried overriding the replenishment settings What am I missing here? What other settings would prevent this item from displaying on Prepare Replenishment?

Not able to post payment

Hi,We are building an integration to Acumatica from iPaaS.com and are encountering an issue - we are not able to attribute payment to an order. We have tried multiple sets of sample data, but still can not figure it out. Here are some notes related to the sample data sets we have tried: u100 basic company - has cash accounts but sales orders are not enabled u100 has sales orders enabled but cash accounts are not displaying in UI Neither has existing sales orders to attempt adding a payment to Here are screenshots of the demo cash account configuration:Unfortunately, its the same as our original company:It cannot be added as payment:We created another account which is not defined as a cash account, but the same error occurs. Unable to retrieve product catalog via web service (SP700000)

Hi, I’m a retailer with a distributor using Acumatica for their ERP. They gave me a login so I can check inventory balances in real time, but as we carry thousands of their products I need an automated way to check stock level daily.I noticed that their implementation seems to have some web services enabled via a SOAP endpoint when visiting a “Web Services” link from the SP700000 screen ([clientname].acumatica.com/(W(1))/Soap/SP700000.asmx). I’m quite familiar with developing Python apps so I’ve been working on using this endpoint to pull their catalog down into a CSV file.So far I’m able to connect and authenticate to the endpoint and run GetSchema, but when I request the fields I want the endpoint just times out. Change default branch in popup dialog, but OrgBAccountID field managed by OrganizationTree attribute

I’m trying to set the Company/Branch field of the Load Options(Load Documents) dialog from the Payments and Applications screen to default to the whole organization as opposed to a specific branch.However, the field is configured with the OrganizationTree attribute, which doesn’t have an obvious way of overwriting the default.Since this field resolves to a the Baccount of the branch or organization, I tried appending PXDefault(1), but no dice.Anyone deal with this before?

Custom Combo Box not updating when adding to it

I have a custom field that I created in my IN.InventoryItem table that looks like this:Previously I have this as 3 fields when I created it, published, and everything worked as expected. I went back today to add a 4th field (EF in the first string, EFOY Trailer in the second string) Published the customization, but only get the original 3 options. I tired to publish with clean up, but still did not get the expected results. Any ideas on what I did wrong, or what step I am missing?

gm, , does the 1% get deducted automatically if the payment from a customer is paid within the 10 days of the invoice?

File Synchronization Error

We recently created an automated export scenario to do a daily export of our customer balance that we want to use a SFTP to connect to our other ERP system. We initially had some success in testing the synchronization but now that ready to go live, been running into following error message which struggling to resolve. I have a feeling that an issue might be something embarrassing, but have had no luck resolving it.

Deeper dive into Report Designer - Where to find more documentation

Hey everyone, I’m trying to find information/training/Documentation on higher level functions of Report Designer. I have done the Acumatica training, but looking for how to do more. One example is how to use SubReports. What do I need to take into account to create a sub report, link the two reports to push and pull the data that I am looking for. I have some reports that use sub-reports in my system, and I have tried to reverse engineer, but not having a lot of luck. Any information would be appreciated..

Recording a customer prepayment/overpayment to resolve bank rec issue

We have a client who received a double payment for an invoice in a previous month. Their customer wants to keep that prepayment/double payment on file for future use. A credit memo was created, but there’s nothing to apply it against, so bank rec is out of balance for the month in which the double payment was received. They are thinking of creating a “temporary” invoice to which they can apply the payment so that bank rec remains in balance. Then, when their customer want to use that prepayment to satisfy either new or existing invoices, they would reverse the “temporary” invoice, creating a new credit memo, then apply the new credit memo against the desired invoices. Does that make sense or can anyone suggest an alternative solution?

Capture Dialog box values + query via Generic Inquiry

Hello all,Trying to build something based on a concept from a great session at Summit 2024 - open to any ideas on this.Goal: Capture the value(s) from fields presented in a workflow dialog box and present them in a generic inquiry.I created the dialog box within a custom Case workflow in Acumatica CRM. The dialog box has 3 different prompts, all of which I would like to capture.The mission is to join that dialog box info with the PX.Objects.CR.CRCase DAC. I believe this is possible based on @Doug Johnson ‘s session :) but I can’t seem to find details on how to configure this when I check the documentation, but I might be looking in the wrong spots. Investigation so far:If I try to inspect the element (1) upon launching the dialog box I see that the business logic is part of CRCaseMaint. But if I attempt to (2) View Data Access Class Source …. I get crickets: So, if they’re not here, where can I find them, and then join them to the Case in a Generic Inquiry?Thank you for any input.Ar

How would you reverse a Return with Replacement (RR) Sales Order type with Shipment complete

User had a shipment that was returned to a different warehouse from the original one where it was shipped. The order was going to be shipped again to the customer (different shipping method), but from another different warehouse. User tried to do a return for replacement (RR) transaction to get the inventory back into inventory and then ship out again from another warehouse. Same product, same lot number, so a new invoice was not needed.A shipment was created and completed for this RR transaction. Unfortunately the way the user did the transaction was wrong. Now they need to reverse the the RR Sales Order type they created. What is the process to reverse this? Thank you.

Inventory ID Import Scneario issue

Hello all,I recently import a change in the names of the Inventory IDs. So the thing is I have 2 Items(3026) with same IDs but in different classes (A & B).1. 3026 - Class A2. 3026 - Class BAnd I had to import the change in the Inventory IDs (eg: S3026) for Class B which was imported perfectly fine, validated on the Stock items screen.But when I saw the PO created for both these items, the PO is now showing the change in the IDs for Item belonging from Class A too. How can I now resolve this?

It can be either Jun 2024 or greater than that. Reports formatting issue with I's and periods

I’ve encountered a weird formatting issue with Report Designer. Preview looks fine, but after printing to PDF, all I’s, some lowercase L’s, and periods appear bold and strangely formatted. Sample below: If I switch report from HTML to PDF default, the problem disappears. But, the logo looks terrible, so I need a solution that allows printing from the default HTML view. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

Object reference not set to an instance of an object when the 'Replace entry screen with this inquiry in menu' is ticked

Hi guys, I have been having an issue with an entry screen for a custom screen i developed. I have added the screen and on its own it works exactly as intended, however I have made a GI to replace it as an entry screen, I can access the screen through the GI itself. However, as soon as i tick the ‘Replace entry screen with this inquiry in the menu’ tickbox, I get the error ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object.I have attached the code for the graph and the DACs which are used in the screen.Has this happened to anyone before/does anyone know why this could be happening? Remove Logo From Company

We have a single company with multiple branches. We have a logo set on the company level. I want to remove the logo from the company and set up a branch-specific logo. I don't see a way to remove the logo from the company settings.
