I am unable to open Modules in Acumatica.


After login system will continuously processing and processing nothing after that showing and can’t even display modules as well.

Need help , Thanks in advance.

In a computer browser, this is usually solved by performing a forced recache of the site, which is done by holding Shift and clicking the browser refresh button or pressing F5. Since you’re using an iPad, this may be a little more complicated. I found this article which suggests a different method.

What does the Mobile Workspaces look like inside your Acumatica instance? It is under Customization > Mobile Workspaces. Are they all marked visible?

As a test, could you attempt to open and run Acumatica in an Incognito or InPrivate window?

On the iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. This should clear the cache and reload the program.
