Can I add team members to a Project or Opportunity?

Hi y’all,

 

There are some jobs that we are collaborating with our sister company. Is there a way to “Add” team members to a specific job or opportunity, so they can see updates? 

 

Not so much worried about the collaborative portion than the ability to view.

Hi @gmier007 

Currently we can only assign a contact or owner to the opportunity. However, if there are members that you would need to relate to the opportunity you can use the relations tab as below

Hello,

Are Employees restricted on your Projects, so Employees can only see the projects where they work?

With Restrict Employees selected, and Employees of the sister company (and Employees of the first company) added to the Employees tab of the project, all employees listed on the Employees tab will be able to View the project and use it in transactions like Time Entry.
