Need to Change the Billing Period Once Activate and Project and Tasks

Hi, 

We have created a Project with Billing Period as Month. Then activate the Project and Task. 

Also, Some Project transactions have been created. 

Have there any possibility to Change to OnDemand? 

 

 

Absolutely.  We had the same issue.  We now set up all of our projects on demand for this reason.  Once the project is active, you have to suspend the project and save it.

Then you can change the billing period.  Once it has been changed, reactivate the project and you are good to go.

@susan47 is correct. You can suspend the project, change the Billing Period to On Demand and then reactivate your project.
