Just not interested.Our phone solution has just way to many “extras” included in it. And what we get for the price simply cannot be beat on the price point. It is simply not worth spending hundreds a month more so that our agents don't have to type in a phone number.
Cannot find anything about it in the documentation. Have you cracked the nut of linking multiple websites into acumatica with this? In other words, can this be used for Drop Shippers?
AWhat’s the use of this? You can auto-login for your application/web page and allow the user to access from a valid link, this can be used for approvals, online proofing or other usage. If the purpose is for applications and communication from a webpage, wouldn't this be better served through an api? And if it is for user login as well, couple it with SSO?

KB article I see, if you go directly from the email activity screen CO409090, and create email, the email is not linked to any entity by default. You need to go to Details tab and select the Related Entity first so it knows where to get data to merge into the templates. Templates can have data fields and this is why an related entity is needed. I guess if you have basic templates that don't have any data fields, we should probably show only those templates. thanks for the feedback, but hopefully this workaround of selecting entity helps you. I would love to see some portal customization techniques. As well as first steps in customizing an existing page in lieu of creating one from scratch.The stuff mark touched on in the webinar was fascinating but did not touch on that side of things. It may seem basic but, if you don't know basic, it is hard to learn advanced. ô¿~
What service provider are you using? Is the email address set up for MFA? Can you show a screenshot of your current settings?Here are my settings for O365, seems to work every time. Below are the settings on the Advanced tab. Hope this helps :)
