Hi @dsimmerly,Could you please also attach to this post the generic inquiry you are using in your export scenario?
Hi @danielklumpp!Which version are you using? Starting with 2023R2, the import scenario mapping has the “Execute Action” column. In this column, you can select when a particular action should be executed: for each detail line, only for first detail line, or only for last detail line. This can be useful when you put documents on hold and remove them from hold. You can see the description here: https://help.acumatica.com/?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=7a8cb982-bcf7-4260-9e3f-0bb934509a07. Also, there is an example of using this setting in the Integration Scenarios course https://openuni.acumatica.com/courses/reporting/i100-integration-scenarios/.Hope this helps :)
Hello Mayssa2,Could you clarify what form are you customizing? If you want to change the status of an entity on a form by using actions (that is, to use a workflow) rather than by selecting the needed value in the "Status" box, then the "Status" box will be unavailable for editing. That is one of the points of workflows, to prevent users from accidentally selecting a status which cannot be currently used.
Hi Harry,You might want to modify the generic inquiry form instead. The following topic explains how to add a column with the Project ID: https://help.acumatica.com/?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=86bf3daa-ffe8-411a-8a39-6450b22c02d2

Hi @sean21,What version of Acumatica ERP are you using? Is the scenario mapping on the screenshot copied from some other scenario? If so, from which one, and what objects did you intend to select for the highlighted lines?
