We’re trying to set up the Outlook Extension for Accounts Payable bills. Has anyone run into this issue where it doesn’t work for shared folders? I guess the extension needs to be engineered to accommodate shared folders. Is there another extension out there that accommodates that?

Are you trying to have AP bills flow into Acumatica from vendor emails?
If so, why not set up a system email account that connects to the AP email account and mark it for Document Recognition? You could then schedule it to read and import any vendor invoice attachments each night.

We’re off and running on our new process and have just drag and dropped into the Incoming Documents screen and it’s worked fine.
