Does there a way to direct import data to a report from Generic Inquiries?

There is a custom made report which contains a considerable amount of data fields. So it takes a significant amount of execution time when implemented over several months. So can I know if there is a way to direct import data to a report from Generic Inquiries? If it is possible does it causes to decrease the execution time of the report?

Hello,

Are you saying you have a Generic Inquiry that you like, and it works nicely, and you want to change it into a Report (so you can add formatting, titles, levels of subtotals, etc.)?  Of so, please try (...) Actions --> Export as Report from Generic Inquiry screen:

Export GI to Acumatica Report Designer

I can’t answer whether a report will be faster or slower than your GI.
