Slowly Load Bills and Adjustments in On hold status of a vendor

Dear all,

I meet a strange case.

Bill is only 1 or some lines and in On hold status. It takes about 20-30s to open detail. And it’s slow for bills of one Vendor, the others is normal.
And Also when release it also takes longer than the others

Please help! Thanks alot!

​Hi! Have you looked at the trace log, @seedcomsupport ? There is a situation where an error only appears during internal processing and does not appear in the user interface.
