Accrual Account Based on PO Type?

Is there a way to set the accrual account based on PO type? i.e. We want the accrual account to be 2210 on a normal PO, but we want the accrual account to be 1250 on a drop ship PO.The accrual account is defined on the item level - so it seems that we would need a Drop Ship SKU as well as a normal SKU to do this out of the box - which doesn't take the manual entry element out of the equation due to needing to pick the correct SKU.

Trial Balance upload with denominated accounts

I am trying to upload a TB. My base currency is LKR. However I also have two cash accounts on USD and GBP. In the upload, I specify the correct currency amounts and load the TB. I am able to release it as well. However the GL batch that gets created does not balance. Its based currency is LKR, but the two entries for the denominated accounts, it shows the foreign currency values, not the relevant LKR (Base) value. Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Cash Account- Another Branch

We have an entry that needs to be reversed for a specific branch. Since the initial entry was made, that account was made into a cash account for another branch. Therefore, we can not correct the entry since it will not let us book a cash account for a branch that was not setup for that cash account. Any idea how we resolve this issue?

I need to create a Parent - Child relationship between APTran and ARTran tables. The artran.OrigInvoiceLineNbr field has no value (value is NULL) on the existing data. Can I populate this field with the APtran.LineNbr value for reference in the ArTran table?

Concern about deleting AR Invoices to edit a Project Proforma Invoice

I have trouble accepting that an Invoice can simply be deleted in AR Acumatica, in order to reopen a proforma Project Accounting Invoice. The audit purpose of Invoice numbering is the numbering sequence to ensure "completeness", and by simply allowing the deletion of an Invoice breaking the numbering sequence as far as I'm concerned is unacceptable. I would rather that the Invoice be left in display on the system but its status changed to "Deleted and Not Posted" (or something similar).

How to resolve the Accounts Payable revaluation batch with 0 value when Revaluation Total is > 0

On the Revalue AP Accounts form, I specify the settings to perform the revaluation of open AP documents. The Revalued Balance > 0. When I release the transaction and review the Journal Transaction for the revalue AP. I notice that the generated batch has a 0 Debit and Credit AmountNotice that on the Revalue AP Accounts screen the Revaluation Total value is not 0How do I resolve this?

Email Template for AR Invoices

I’m trying to add the primary contact’s name to my email notifications when emailing AR Invoices, e.g. Dear John Smith.But when I try to add a data field, I only get the Primary Contact ID number, e.g. Dear 6689In an earlier version I was able to use the “Attention” field, but now that field is greyed out in the Billing section. I have to manually override the settings and add the contact. Is there a way to add the greeting without having to override all my contacts? It’s too easy to overlook that tab. Thanks

Cost calculation for non-stock kits, where is the cost?

Under Sales Order Preferences>Sales Profitability Settings there is the option “Cost Calculation Basis for Non-Stock Kits” which we have set to ‘Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost Plus Stock Component Cost’ The documentation seems really clear about it’s functionality:Cost Calculation Basis for Non-Stock Kits The cost the system should use for non-stock kits in sales profitability reports. Select one of the following options: Stock Component Cost: The system uses the sum of the costs of the kit’s stock components. Service Order Multiple-Installment Credit Terms Based on Job Completion

Hello everyone! I have a client who’s primarily service oriented, and on certain service orders likes to collect payment at the following steps: prepayment of 50%, 25% at job start, 25% upon completion. This can be done in project accounting I believe, but seems excessive for their needs. When I looked at credit terms that you can tie to service order types, the installments were based upon days. Is there any way to accomplish this without having to create a project to handle the service order?

IN Receipt unit cost issue and how to fix?

Hello, I’ve met a case, to make it easier to understand, below are the simple example:Item A has 2 UOMs, which is 1 Case = 50 lb, lb is the base uom and case is the sales and purchase uom.We purchased ItemA at $50 per case, however , at that time someone forgot to put the conversion rate on item, so the IN Receipt records the item was receipted at $50 per lb. Which is wrong, should be $1 per lb. We paid vendor at $1 per lb (cost on bill) and sold to customer at $2 per lb, which are both correct. However, as the internal profit analysis, this item shows highly negative profit, It shows every case we sold ($100), we are loosing (100-50*50) $2400, which is not true. I already did IN Adjustment to correct the average cost of the item, from $50 to $1 per lb. The afterwards sales would get correct profit. However, we have already sold a lot of the items on a lot of invoices, and these invoices have been closed. We do not care too much on the profit analysis on single

Hi EveryoneNot sure who can advise for below question related with corporate credit card - expenses claim.As the credit card transaction involved with different currency , example: SGD , HKD and USD.Understand that when we create expenses claim under corporate credit card , only one currency that we using (the currency depend on what currency we set in employee profile) .If like my scenarios , there are 3 different currency, how should i create the entry under one expense claim?Hope to hear from you soon .

RevisionID on the BudgetForecast screen wont appear on a GI

We are using Velixo to create a report showing current percent complete and forecasting the percent complete per month till the end of the project. The problem I have is when pulling the Budget Forecast into the spreadsheet I need the RevisionID of last update. I have pulled that field into the GI but it wont show up. It doesnt even show up, but its on the results grid. Any idea how I could get this number to show?
