i want to handle the native button of Acumatica for Enable/Disable Conditionally So can you please let me know is there have any way to handle or not ?
For example,
In Cases screen have TAKE CASE Button so i want to handle that for Enable/Disable Conditionally

Not sure but since the introduction of Acumatica workflows you have much more flexibility to do something similar directly through workflows. If condition is complex then you have to do so through customization.
