Location of Release changes

Hi,

Is there a central location for a list of database changes per release?  I saw a pdf for the database changes associated with 2022R2 but for the life of me, I have not been able to find it again!

Hi @szur 
For each release, you can find the database changes on the Developer Release Notes. 
For example, see image on 2022R2

I believe you want the developer release notes.

If you go to the top of the screen under Product, and select the version you want, you can find the Release Notes there:
