Image Recognition for Expense Receipts in 2022 R1

Inquiring if the Image Recognition for expenses receipts was removed in 2022 R1? because I have tried capturing a receipt using my mobile device, but it doesn’t do any recognition, it just attaches the image as file, then I have to add the rest of the details manually.

Hi @kandybeatty49 

Yes, I was trying it out on the trial version.

 

That’s why it does not work. The trial version is what is stopping you from getting all the features.

Image Recognition is still available. Is the feature enabled and are you licensed for it? Also, are you in a trial version?
