Hi Acumatica Community,

I have this sales order come back from ‘Completed’ and it when back to ‘Shipping’ suddenly. 

And then when we try to ‘Complete’ the order again now it is disabled or not clickable.

Is any shipment is created after the completed status,

Have you enabled the audit history and tracked the root cause of this, 

The issue seems to be a customization at this Moment.

Hi @manikantad18, Thanks for the insight!

I confirmed it with our Dev team that one of our bot/api causes the re-opening the ticket and then when the bot try to close it. The bot/api can’t close it because there’s something wrong with the order and I really don’t know what wrong with it.
