Error Confirming Shipment - Packed QTY Doesn't Match

I’m getting the following error when confirming a shipment.

However, my items are packed

While looking into this I found a wierd error on the details tab. It shows packed 2 while I only have one in the actual package and only one on the shipment.

were the items in the same warehouse location?  Is it possible that one item was in a location that does not allow sales orders?  This would prevent the second item from being packed.  Is it possible that one of the items was allocated to a different order?

 

I’m unable to recreate the issue. I’ll post when/if I come across it again.
