Can we set an approval map when cancelling sales orders?

if the workflow you have in your mind is not so complex, after reading the training document, you can use Acumatica’s Customization Project to adjust the predefined workflows.

@Jov29 there is no short answer to it. You will need to read through Acumatica’s pretty lengthy Automation Workflow and (please note 2022 to some degree is different than earlier versions so read the corresponding document to your ERP version) proceed accordingly or have your partner do it for you.

Out of the box Approval Map only makes the system loop through Pending Approval step.

though, you can add steps to the Automation Workflow to manage the steps when cancel button is pressed.

To conclude, through AM no but through Workflows to some degree yes but not as you expect from AM.
