Release Budget via REST API

Is there a way to programmatically release a budget via the REST API client???

Something equivalent of the functionality available within Form GL505510...

There is a `Released` property on each `BudgetDetail` line item but this appears to be read only (ie: its not updated when I set it on a PUT)
