Are we able to hide or get rid of quantities from the warehouse management system that have been sold out and are lot/serial tagged? Plus, I tried to enforce the mandatory entry of a lot/serial number, so I’m not sure why the system is showing an oversold item number that has no lot/serial identifier. But in any case, how do we make items go away from the WMS that have been sold out and may not be replenished, such as speific lots of that item (but still keep the master item number for different lots we’ll receive later)?
