I have recently upgrade my client to 23R1( Build 23.105.0016)
There is mobile customization to remove cases and a couple of other items from mobile.
Before 23R1 if I removed the customization the screens will be added again to mobile.
With 23R1 if I remove the customization the change made are still showing on mobile.
After a little digging I found the Mobile workspaces screen(au220012)
and saw, in the CRM workspace, that the cases and the other screen that don’t work are not in the list:
i was expecting CR.30.60.PL (HubFolder) to be in here?
Is there a way to add the missing HubFolders or reset/fix?
