Error during read the data from ERP with ContactReader

Hello Team,

I need your help.

We receive an error during read the data from ERP with ContactReader classI/O error on GET request for “https://rest.zuora.com/v1/files/2c92a0ab766fb5f90176711562961250”:

The error has the following view:
connection reset; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection reset

What we should do to eliminate this error?

Hello @Andrew1986, sorry for the long reply. 

Unfortunately, I can’t see any cases related to this error.

Make sure that the Acumatica endpoints can be reached using any other tool, for example, Postman.
