Auto Replies from Mass Emails - any way to automate cleanup?

We occasionally send out mass emails to all of our customer contacts in Acumatica.  Let’s say were increasing our subscription pricing for example.  We have a separate system email account (XYZ@company.com) that we use for mass email so that if customers respond back to it or the automatic out of office replies come back, it does not flood our normal sales inbox with those emails, and they go back to the (XYZ@company.com) email account.

With sending so many emails out at once, there is a lot of cleanup on those replies, and you have to go into each email and open it up to see if someone has responded, or if it is simply that they are out of the office.  Example, some respond that they are no longer with the company or they don’t want to receive these types of emails any longer.  We want to make sure if someone is no longer with the company we are inactivating their contact record and if they don’t want to be contacted, we aren’t sending them mass emails any longer.  The normal out of office emails, we just archive.

I am trying to think of a creative way to “flag” the ones that need attention, like the ones where they are replying back to not contact them because they are no longer with the company.    There is no “unsubscribe” feature in Acumatica and I didn’t see anything in MarketPlace either.

Can anyone think of a way to separate these types of email replies from all the other random out of office replies.  I was thinking of maybe some options on the email template “email no longer valid” or “unsubscribe from these emails” and if marked, it would come back into Acumatica to a different email account so we can take action, instead of having it all bunched together with all the other out of office reply emails.

What would really be extra nice is if someone selects “unsubscribe from these emails” it would mark the no mass email and no marketing email checkbox for that contact on their contact record.  :)

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on this or in general, how they deal with cleaning up replies from ass emails sent from Acumatica?

Hi @sheilao08 Using the Send Grid, the mails sent can be tracked - (Open , Read ...) and also an Unsubscribe option could be sent out with the emails to the client using SendGrid. The main purpose of Send grid is to maintain the email compliance and avoid someone blacklisting your email.

There is a Sendgrid integration in Acumatica that can integrate with the mass mails sent from Acumatica with the above said tracking and unsubscribing options sent to the email recipient.

Thanks
