Hello from Albany New York

Hello, my name is Cindy and I’ve worked with Public Employers’ Risk Management Association for over 10 years.  We switched to Acumatica approximately 2 years ago and I’m excited to be attending Acumatica’s Summit in Las Vegas in January 2024.  PERMA is a Workers’ Compensation Pool for municipalities in New York State.  I am primarily responsible for the Receivables side of the business.  We switched over from Great Plains Dynamics and everything we’ve touched in Acumatica has been a huge improvement in regards to functionality and ease of navigating.  In my home life I enjoyed baking, cooking and during covid I learned to crochet, which I now enjoy trying to do projects in the wintertime when I don’t want to go outside :).  I have 2 Great Danes and a Weimaraner, 9 chickens and 3 daughters ranging from 16-25.
