Chart in dashboard

I have a need that I think is quite simple but I can't figure out how to do it.I want to have a line chart that shows the total count of open cases(CR3060PL) over a period (eg: the last 30 days).So X = dates and Y = total count of open case at the given dateI want to be able to see if there is a trend.Can someone show me how to do it?Thanks

Create a GI Condition Based on Current Login (Employee Attribute)

I am looking at adding a GI for customer Service Order lookups, that will allow me to issue user credentials to a few customers. From there they can look up basic information on all their current Service Orders. Unfortunately it does not appear that the Self Service Portal is capable of Service Orders, only cases. (Hopefully they will add this natively soon).I was hoping to create a Dashboard that would show the relevant information but that was tied directly to a login. It doesn’t look like you can create an Attribute directly for the User but you can for the employee. I was thinking about creating an Attribute at the Employee Class level “Customers”, that allowed for me to enter the customer number assigned to the login. What I don’t know how to do, is to associate the GI with the current person logged in and place a condition in the GI that looks at the Attribute (Customer) and filters the customer based on that info. Any thoughts, or potentially better avenues to go about th

Report Designer - Reset Line number

Hi,Does anyone know how to reset line number to 1 in PO641000? The number in my report is starting with number 5 because the previous records were deleted. How do I reset it to 1?The report is currently starting from 5In the system, the previous records before 5 were deleted.

Vendor Requisition - Quote for One Item at Different Quantities

I’m trying to create a Request for Proposal to send to vendors. I want the vendor to quote one item at 2 different quantities. Inventory ID Qty Req’d IM2300 25 IM2300 50 When I click Request for Proposal, the form merges the two lines together as though I want the vendor to provide a quote for 75 of the item. Is there a way to get the system to keep them as separate lines so I can send one form to a vendor requesting a quote for 25 and 50? Thanks!

SOShipLine.TranDesc - Field not showing accurate value on Pick List (Report Designer)

On certain items we ship out and include on a Pick List, our teams will modify the description on the Shipments screen.We want this modified description to appear on the Pick List. I am bringing in the SOShipLine.TranDesc but it still shows the InventoryItem.Descr instead? In example below, we have modified the description on the Shipment screen (image A). We then Print Pick List, however the description shown remains the original description associated with the inventory item (image B) - not the description per inventory item on the Shipment. I have modified the Pick List in Report Designer so it displays SOShipLine.TranDesc (image C) - but it still doesn’t show the correct description. Image A Image B Image C

GI Sort Order

I have custom data fields in my results grid that categorize my AR data into different timeframes. I want to sort my data by the “Overdue total” data field, but it does not appear as an option in the sort order dropdown. I’ve tried to copy and paste the same formula into the sort order tab, but the data does not sort correctly. I have no idea what step I’m missing.

Suppressing of Picture Box in report if a field is blank

The client is requesting the creation of a labels with barcodes (picture box) for use with purchasing receipts. One of the barcodes on the label is for the item’s lot/serial number. There are some receipts/items do not have lot/serial numbers, so we need to suppress the barcode (picture box). I have not been able to find a way to suppress the picture box. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue.

Filtering data only from Issues for Inventory Balance

Hi, I am working on a report where I need to modify the inventory balance report and add a filter that only filters data from issues, whereas other reports import the data from receipt. This is what I did: For the schema builder, I added these two relationships to establish a link:I can’t seem to figure what I did wrong, I keep getting an error anytime I try to run the report with these config. GI relating cases to emails in the cases

My team wants a report to show how many emails a customer service rep responds to a day from cases created from our website’s support page, not cases a rep would create on their own. My plan is to make a GI that has case id’s, and created by, then the emails within those cases which I can filter by rep later, but I’m having a hard time finding the relation between a case and the emails in the case. Does anyone have a good join for this?

Problems adding Bubble Nbr. to Production Ticket

Hi All, We currently have issues adding the Bubble Nbr. from the Bill of Material screen to the Production Ticket. Not quite sure why it wouldn’t be showing in Production Order Details but that is a different story.It is basically blank, so I recreated a Generic Inquiry that mirrors the Subreport and played around with it.It does not seem to like the Link between AMProdMatl and AMBomMatl when it is an Inner Join. (Yet, it has to be an Inner Join to show the Bubble Nbr.) The inquiry is attached.Any ideas on how to link the two together that the Subreport and the production Ticket is displaying this correctly?My simple Test Inquiry is attached.

Displaying a field from the profitability tab on the service order list screen

I would like to display the Profit Magin % on the page that list all the service orders. I tried adding the FS.FSProfitability table and pulling the field to appear on the results grid in the Service Order GI. Since these fields are listed as “not in the database”, I get an error. Can anyone provide some guidance?

Has anyone else experienced varying GI results based on computer?

We’ve run into an issue where the Submittal GI is showing different results depending on the computer it is being viewed on. On my computer I see everything correctly, whether I’m logged in as myself or one of the users who see different results on their computer. It also doesn’t matter what browser I have Acumatica open in, I still see the correct results. Everyone who has the same computer as I do, also see the correct results. For the others seeing varying results, some of the submittal records are showing twice, and some aren’t showing at all. I’ve noticed this seems to happen with records that are at or near the end of the page. On some computers, you’ll see the records on one page and then the same record shows again at the top or near the top of the next page. These should be completely different records. Each time one of the records “duplicates” it causes the real record that should be on that row to not show in the results. If a search is done the record will pull up, and if w

Report Designer: Map a file to a record

Hello team, We have a customer that requires us use the report: AP622500.rpx[AP Payment Register] to print payment remittance emails, so we have used the email settings to adjust the subject and the body. Previously they were using an email template which copied files from the email to the Checks and Payments form. We can see that the payment remittance went out with the attached report. But the actual record does not have the file. Is there a way to add the file, when processing records from batch payment .

Order Register - Adding relationships

Community,I need a little direction. On the Order Register it did not contain SOShipment table in it. I want to add that so that I can pull in the field SOShipment.CuryFreightCost to the report. I have it pulling, but when I run the report, it messes up the Total Lines Amount column. I haven’t made changes to it, so I feel that it has to do with the relationship that I have when I added the SOShipment table. I’ve tried multiple relations and haven’t found the right one. This is the report with the relationships that I have in the report. The original report had the top 3 lines already there and I added the last line. In this screenshot the highlighted item is the one that I’ve been using to test for accuracy. The number 7475.00 is supposed to be the Total Lines Amt. However, the correct amount that it should be is 575.00. Any ideas or direction is much appreciated!!Thank you!

Now, the inventoryitem.descr looks like right and proper in the GI screen like below: However, when I am trying to use it in the email template, it is displayed with extra information. [{en:YIHAI\ 15x1000g\ Seasoned Chili Oil}] You know, we don’t need the {}，[] and en： kind of things How can I make it just look the same as in the Screen.
