Creating Report for Disabled Users

Has anyone had success in building a report to identify the system users that were disabled over a period of time?  I’m looking to find a way to identify the date when a user goes from the “Active” status to “Disabled” status.

@Laura Carpenter There seems not to be an out of box(system) field for DateDeactivated(..or similar). Only workaround I see is to customize the DAC, add the field, auto-set when user is disabled, clear otherwise. Then use this field in your GI/Report

Thanks @RohitRattan88 I didn’t know if there was anything with the field level audit settings that could be utilized for this purpose.
