Client has a 5 page Terms & Conditions for the want to have sent with their PO. It has word-level formatting which would be time consuming to replicate in report designer. I tried adding a PDF version of the T&C’s to the email template but it doesn’t carry over when I send a PO out of the system using that template.Outside of writing the report does anyone have an easier method of attaching a document to a template that isn’t a report?
Hello Everyone!I have query, hope you guys can help me out. We have an existing inventory list, all of which LREX is not enabled...but now we want to enable the LREX monitoring, is this possible? What are the conditions e.g. should the qty be zero? is it set in the PO stage of getting new qty of the inventory item? Are there any more conditions? Also how can I apply the LREX monitoring to the existing qty of items? Thanks in advance!Kind regards,Mrivera67
Hello, team - I’m trying to create a customization for one of our branches. They would like all new Sales Orders of Type = “QT” to have the Requested On date be the OrderDate + 14. This would only be relevant to Branch 05 in our system. I’ve attempted to put a formula in the Requested Date Default field. I’m aware that this doesn’t identify any branch conditions, but figured I’d give it a try anyway.=[OrderDate]+IIf( [OrderType]='QT', 14, 0)However, this only resulted in an error, so my guess is that it’s the wrong way of going about it. Any thoughts? Thanks!
There’s a checkbox on the Shipping tab when processing a SO Shipment that says “skip address verification.” I would like this to be checked by default. Other than custom programming, does anyone know a way to set that?We are using Easypost as the carrier, in case that’s relevant.
Here’s the scenario:We are creating a large blanket PO for ~ 30 different countertops which are all custom and will be drop-shipped to different customers. We would like to be able to link the drop-ship POs to both the blanket PO as well as linked to the end-customer Sales Order. Is it possible to be linked to both?
We have a manufactured part that is on backorder on numerous Sales Orders. I have an “emergency” Sales Order that must go today before we fulfill all previously entered Sales Orders. We have processed the part, item added to inventory but Acumatica has applied the item to the oldest outstanding backorder and is not available to pull on the “emergency” order. Is there any way to circumvent/turn off this function off?
Hi All, I am trying to add a Selector column onto the Location Selector that will show the Base UOM of the Item: For the Inventory ID itself it is pretty straight forward:Yet, when I follow the same logic for the Location, it reduces the Selector to Location ID and Description rather than adding the Base UOM. I tried it with InventoryItem and INTran UOM.Any guidance on how I can accomplish this?I am just not sure what the steps would be to add the UOM onto a Selector field where the Primary DAC is not really related to the Inventory ID. Yet, QTY on Hand shows up, so there has be some relation to the Inventory ID we could utilize?Any help or ideas are appreciated!
Are we able to set up a Create Shipment automation schedule that creates a shipment based on the sched shipment date/request date earlier than the actual shipment date? Ex.Sched Shipment Date/Request Date is June 20th.We want the shipment to be created on June 18th with a shipment date of June 20th. So when June 20th rolls around, we just have our warehousing team confirm the shipment on its way out. I’d expect this to be easy to set up but seems as though this processing screen only works on the day of shipment? I must be missing something here.
Client sells to Distributors, Chains, Retail Outlets. They can ship the same item in a Pallet, Master Pack, Inner Pack or Each. For the purposes of compliance, they have to provide the weight and dimension of each of the shipping methods, although the UOM on the SALE is EACH. We have Acumatica and Pace Jet and are looking to see if someone has tackled this before and is there a way to best handle this other than attributes?
When we activate an approval, all new sales orders are created with an on-hold status.SO type is set to NOT be on hold by default. So we want the approval enabled, but we do not want new sales orders to default to "on-hold" unless the approval criteria are met.Remove hold is what triggers the approval process, so it does not matter if they have "Hold Orders on Entry" option disabled. If you setup an approval map, all documents will always be created in Hold status so when they are taken off hold the system will review map conditions and assigned an approver if the conditions are trueApproval map will always override any hold documents option under preferences screen.
What is the best way to handle an item that is being discontinued but would like to cross reference to a different item for sales orders. Would “Related Items” be the only way to handle this or is there a difference way? Using Related Items doesn’t seem to work if the item is set to “inactive”. Thanks,Justin
Hello, We had our ACM set up via a third party so have had little training on any sort of customisations. How do we change the invoice layout they have created for us? We need to add our own bank details on there so customers can pay us!
I have a customer who wants to be able to print out inventory item labels directly from the PO Receipt screen. They have developed a report (label) as a stand-alone screen where they can select the receipt number and it creates a label for each line on the PO receipt with the total line qty. They aren’t concerned at this point with have an individual label for each item received, though I’ve seen a number of suggestions on ways to do that on the community. However, I haven’t seen anything on how to incorporate this on the PO Receipt screen.I have tried doing this myself with an Action in a customization but the parameters don’t allow you to select the inventory item on the detail line to pass to the report (label):Am I missing something?
We have a customer going through upgrade testing for 2023R1 and they are receiving the error below when trying to confirm a shipment: This is what the configuration on the carrier looks like (and testing the connection was successful): Thanks for any assistance!
Hi, I need to disable all the notes and files in every single form. I could not find this in Access control level and How could I facilitate this? I referred those two links. https://community.acumatica.com/develop-customizations-288/prevent-updates-of-notes-and-files-if-the-transactions-are-in-released-status-conditionally-13791https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35664927/prevent-update-of-note-files-on-disabled-views Could we make a import scenario and make the updates? or Is this a customization?
