Hi,For the setup of emails, I know you can set different emails for each branch by adding different records for the INVOICE id, as shown in the second image below. However, I have found that these settings don't seem to come through for the manual sending of emails via the window shown in the first image below.Is there a different screen I need to use to populate the From field in the image below based on which Branch I am in? Or do I need to manually select it?Kind regards,Andrew

Hello,we have the salesforce sync setup on our Live(cloud) and a Sandbox(self hosted) and suddenly this morning both sites are giving us an error on the real time sync. None of the entities will “Start” on the Salesforce Sync page, and I see this error in trace:“Failed to connect Salesforce Bayeux client”These are connected to different salesforce sites, so I don't think it’s on the Salesforce end.could something have broken on the Acumatica server side?
Does anyone have experience with using a macro-enabled Excel spreadsheet into the line level of Acumatica screens? We have a macro-enabled spreadsheet we use for estimating and would like to use it to load in the detail lines of a quote and are receiving an error message.

Is it possible to remove Opportunity ID as a required field for making a sales quote?
I have 2 instances where I’m very confused: I have identical snapshots - in one the validate records process finds duplicate contacts and in the other no duplicates are found. I have a comparison rule set for Account to Account. The set has 2 rules, neither of which will surpass the threshold if both conditions are met. Yet, validate records finds duplicate business accounts.My instance is 23R2.
We want to be able to use the file uploader to add parts to an opportunity details. In order for the pricing of the parts to not default back to the parts original value in inventory pricing the Manual Price check box need to be set to True. This column is not available as an option in the upload tab. Can it be added?

We have a unique process that requires frequent changes to Project Quote line items by inserting groupings of design changes (several line items, different stages of the Project Quote / Opportunity) from a 3rd party CAD Excel export. We have all the functionality and mapping working well, but the users have asked if the selection step can be customized to have Insert All Records as the initial/default mode. I cannot locate this dialog box in the Customization Editor for this screen (PM304500).Any guidance or other suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!
We have a client that has 2 users that need to see the same Tasks on their Task List.Access rights are the same for both users...what settings drive what shows up on a users Task list?What am I missing? User #1 sees this list - sorry it’s blurryUser #2 sees this list:
I have a user that personalized a dashboard and wants to share it with other users. Since the Allow Users to Personalize box is checked, is creating a new dashboard and adding the same widgets the only way to share? I haven't found another way.
I’ve been trying to find actual work instructions on how to create a Parent/ child accounts. Ex: One builder/ Multiple job location sites (fireplace installations). Each location gets billed out with its own unique sales order, but the billing will go to the Parent (main builder) Please help if you can. thank you !!
