How to create an import scenario to import bank statements in CSV

Hi,If I use the Upload File button and choose an CSV, it gives an error saying “CA Error: This file format is not supported for the bank statement import. You must create an import scenario for this file extension prior uploading it.” since the button only allows some fixed file types but not SCV or excel.If I use the Load from file button, it requires mapping my bank file with the system fields and upload each and every time. I rather prefer creating an import scenario and use the Upload File button as instructs by the error message. Will this work If I create an import scenario for the import bank transactions screen? Do you have any samples/import scenarios done for this? Thank you,Dulanjana

Transaction Date of Withholding Tax

Dear All,The Withholding Tax transaction update the financial year at the time of applied Bill and Payment. Is it the setting which we can adjust somewhere?I have a Bill applied Withholding Tax as image. At the time this Bill was released, Withholding Tax doesnt update the financial period yetThe transaction of Withholding was created at the time of applied to payment.Due to the law, the Withholding Tax transaction should be record to financial period at the time of the bill, instead of the applied period.Is it the setting which we can adjust somewhere?Thanks in advance,Yên Chi

Cybersource Credit Card Integration

Hello,I want to accept credit card payments in my Acumatica instance using CybersourceAcumatica already support Authorize.Net, but for Cybersource I will need to create a new payment integration.What I understand is that I will need to create a new Payment Processing Center for cybersource, where the integration code will be written, then I should add payment method where its Payment Processing Center is the new Processing center I developed. The problem is that it’s not clear how we can proceed on that, so if anyone can send us any document that can guide us in this process or give some hints and tips will be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

We are getting this type of error on almost everything that needs to be processed. Users try for many times receiving the same error and eventually it goes thru and process. Sometimes it processes right away sometimes it takes several tries. Any idea what can be casing this behavior?Sample screenshot:

How far forward should I "Delete Outdated Recognition Results"?

For AP Document Recognition, there’s a screen called “Delete Outdated Recognition Results”. Help documentation recommends periodically deleting records to save space, but doesn’t say how long records should be kept (if at all). I’m wondering if the historical records are used to improve future recognition results. Or does the machine learn without referencing historical results? Should I keep 6 months (for example) of history or delete everything up to the current date?Appreciate any insight!

Inquiry on Setting Up Courtesy Reminders in Acumatica

Hello,We are trying to set up a process in Acumatica to send our customers a Courtesy Reminder 7 days before the due date. Initially, we considered creating a Dunning Level with a negative Due Date value, such as “-7,” but it defaults to 30 days, and it seems that the Dunning Level feature does not work with less than 1 day.We understand that another approach could be creating generic inquiries and using business events, but we want to confirm whether the Dunning Letter feature is intended only for overdue documents and not for those approaching the due date.I would appreciate any insights you can provide regarding this procedure.Thank you!

Customer Portal For Acumatica Payments

Good morning Acumatica people!I have a question about Acumatica Payments - we have recently upgraded to 2024R1.From videos I’ve found online, the payment links generated by AcuPay should take a customer to a portal where they can see all of their open invoices (see image pulled from youtube video below) Our payment links don’t do this - they send the customer to a page that only reflects the invoice where the link was generated Where is the setting for allowing customers to see their full list of open invoices instead of just the one invoice for payment? That would be a really helpful thing but I can’t find where that setting is located. Also - is there a way in the customer portal for multiple invoices to be paid with one payment instead of the customer having to click into each individual invoice and pay them separately? This is frustrating for our customers who have a multiple invoices. Thanks for the help/advice!

How can I get a subaccount description to print in the ARM Heading of the report

Hi All, I have an ARM P&L report that is using unit sets that allows selections by Company and branches. The report is structured to enable the selection of accounts by sub accounts. However, the headings are only printing the sub account code (which is meaningless to the recipient| and the site have 90 sub accounts used for reporting). Is there a way that I can get the actual sub account description to print in the heading as shown below (where administration is sub account 09) and North Shore, Warkworth etc is the branch name.Below is what is actually printing.Any advice would be much appreciated.thanking youSally

Provisional Posting

My company recently switched from Sage 300 to Acumatica. Acumatica is superior to Sage in most ways. But something I enjoyed using in Sage that I miss is provisional posting. It’s nice to have the ability to test a journal entry prior to posting. The ease of reclassifying entries in Acumatica makes this less of a necessity than it was in Sage, but it would still be useful.

Discount totals on Purchase orders

Is there a way to show the total of the line discounts, in the discount field and on the printed PO the same as when the whole document is discounted? This would be easier to identify and compare with confirmations and invoices from vendors.

Aatrix in Chrome

Anyone else using Chrome having issues with Aatrix? I just allowed Chrome to disable Flash since it will be retired in Chrome this month. I’m assuming this has caused my issue as Aatrix will no longer open. The Government Reporting processes and shows a green check-mark that the operation completed after running a report but Aatrix never opens.I opened Microsoft Edge and was able to complete. So I’m not sure what the issue is other than Flash.

Include PO Receipt so it works with new AP OCR Recognition

The new AP OCR ML feature is great if you are only using AP bill processing. Many clients have purchasing/receiving and it would be great to incorporate an option to select if the AP bill is related to a PO so the receipt information can be pulled into the bill.

Is it possible to do Document like SO/Invoice profit adjustment?

Hello, We are calculating commissions based on profits of each AR document.For example, if the total prices of 1 invoice is 1000, and the total cost of all the items on invoice is 800, then the commission would be calculated based on 200. However, we encountered a case:We did oversell for 1 item, such as item A. and Item A has 0 qty and 0 average cost in system. Supposing, we sold 10 cases item A at price $100, since item A has 0 average cost and 0 ARtran cost, the profit for Item A is calculated to $1000. which is not right in the real world. The next day, we did receipt on item A with unit cost $80. So the total profit of item A on that invoice should be only $200. Is there a way for us to adjust that profit? If we can not do it on that single invoice, can we do a combination of several docs to adjust?

Landed cost vs freight cost

Hi Anyonei would like know more about the landed cost in accumatica. As i know once we entered the landed cost . it will become part of value of inventory instead of freight cost expenses. Not sure if my understanding is correct?As we would like to know the freight cost of each import shipment or outbound shipment, Not sure if acumatica got this function to let us take in the freight cost?Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you
