When upgraded last year to 2022R2, we found a new Side Panel in the SO screen show up to view Invoice & Memos of the customer that you are working with in the SO, but it constantly spins and never opens. Tested in our sandbox as well, with no customizations applied, and it doesn’t work there either. If you try to view the Action in Customization Project Editor it won’t even let you open the Properties of the Action--it’s just blank (see screen shot). Is this just a corrupted feature? Anyone else seen this, or more importantly found a resolution?

How can you default the Business Account Class for BA’s that are created automatically when you create a new customer? We have the default setting from customer management preferences and that works great for BA’s that we create as a business account and then extend to a customer. But… if we create a customer, the automatically created BA does not default a business account class. I couldn’t find any AR preferences for the Business Account class.
Hello! Is there’s a way to use one warehouse for all the branches, without creating multiple warehouses. Since the branch is mandatory in the warehouses profile and it posts transactions for the selected branch of the warehouse, it is unable to use one warehouse for all the branches. Thank you in advance!Amanda
Hello, trying to add a document level discount to a SO Import Scenario where the SO could have multiple lines. Not sure exactly where to put the discount in order of operations, but i’ve been trying to follow the order of tabs in SO screen. I have also tried to put the discount above the ‘line details’. In this example the SO will have 2 lines, and i’m getting following error on the 2nd row (this example puts the discount after the ‘line details’ are entered - see XML): I have attached the XML for reference. Any help is appreciated!Cheers,k2
Hi all, I had this problem on last version. It still happened on 2022R1. The problem is if I have an item have more than one subitem. And also set the different barcodes for them. When I use Scan and Issue/Scan and Receive/Scan and Transfer, It always use default subitem. As below. I scanned RDC_RCN-5 barcode. But in the system it received BRN subitem. Scan RDC_RCN-5 but in the system received BRN subitem.
Hey everyone, We have a client adding stock at zero cost into the system using a receipt and then adjust the total cost per line item afterwards with an adjustment. I used to work on the customer side and that’s how we used to add stock not already in the ERP where we needed to add a cost separately. Basically, like an inventory adjustment for goods that have already been paid for. I’m not sure if that’s correct after looking at the GL transactions. Any insight? We are in the implementation phase and I don’t want this to go awry. I think I know the answer but I just wanted some professional insight.
Hi,We are getting this error when we try to add Landed Cost to this Purchase Receipt. The error occurs both when triggering the ‘Enter Landed Cost’ button directly on the PR, and manually adding the PR to the Landed Cost document. Our landed cost settings work well for other receipts, it’s just this PR which currently is triggering the error. There is sufficient stock in this warehouse of the same lot/serial and inventory ID, and no issues since the original receipt. The UOM still exists on the Stock Item. I can use the B900KG UOM in inventory transactions and new POs without issue.Anyone have any ideas on how to get the LC working?

Hello, I have a client that would like to invoice the non-stock item with the last shipped stock item from the sales order. Currently the non stock item freight is added to the first invoice created for the sales order. Is there a way of control this or do we need a customization? Thanks, Patricia
