How can one restrict the use of a customization package if an ISV partner sells it to another Acumatica VAR for end user

Hello all,Can anyone share your suggestions/thoughts on how one can protect the intellectual property rights of customization packages deployed by ISV partners from being copied by other Acumatica partner.So as for instance, if an ISV partner sells its product to one of the Acumatica VAR to be used by the end user, how can the ISV partner protect or restrict that the VAR shall not copy the functionality from the customization package. Thanks.

eSign + Adoboe Sign Error - Redirect URL Wrong?

We are setting up a client with eSign that uses Adobe Sign in 2023 R1 Construction Edition, The credentials connect fine in Acumatica and when trying to click “send” with a document from Acumatica it errors out with a red box but no error message. I have successfully setup Docusign in the past and it is a bit different but worked fine. I think the problem is redirect URL, but I copied it directly from the documentation with the prefix of the client instance, but I may be missing something here. Shipstation Integration - Connection Error 23R1

Has anyone run into the following vague error when trying to connect Shipstation. I have followed the Shipstaion documentation here: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026140871-Acumatica#UUID-8a29acb6-2284-4383-9cd4-9d8042e2a078_UUID-5a36552f-1c4a-47ff-a8e5-3a9c8e296fd4 But get the following error shown below. What are all the payment gateways supported in Acumatica?

So far, here are the ones supported. There could be more. Would request the community to update this list. Authorize.net (native) APS PayPal PayFlow Braintree WorldPay eBiz AcuCharge (Vantage Card) PayPal Request for Money (not a payment gateway, but a way to send email to customer and get money via their PayPal account)

Bank Feeds Integration 2022 R2

I am having trouble “Retrieving” transactions in “Process Bank Transactions”. It says successful when i click retrieve but nothing comes in. Then i try to load transactions in test mode and it only shows what has been brought in. Currently, we only have transactions brought in through 12/17. But when I look at transactions on the American Express side, it shows transactions from 12/18 and 12/19 that should have come in. Aside from American Express, our Bank account feeds only worked for one day. The day we migrated them after the upgrade to R2 2022. Since then, nothing has come in on those feeds.

Deleting Details from Expense Claims and Journal Transactions

Hi all,Via the Rest API, is there a standard way to delete just the line items on Journal Transactions or Expense Claims? If you pass in an item in the Details param, it will add to the Details which makes sense. I’d like to avoid completely deleting the old transaction / claim then making a new one. Thanks for your help!

Pushing Journal Transaction via API

Hello all. We have built an integration to push Journal Transactions into Acumatica with the Rest API. Our transactions can have hundreds of line items, which would come over as Transaction Details. We first tried to do this within a single request. But we get this error when trying to push transactions with more than 10 details: ```[Acumatica] 414 Request-URI Too Long: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN""http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"><HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Request URL Too Long</TITLE><META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" Content="text/html; charset=us-ascii"></HEAD><BODY><h2>Request URL Too Long</h2><hr><p>HTTP Error 414. EasyPost Carrier Label From address

Customer has defined their Easy Post carrier Shipper From address to be their warehouse.The From company name at the top left of the carrier label is then pulled from the Account name in the Warehouse record Our customer has asked that this From address show a different company name on certain orders where they are drop shipping for Home DepotIs there a solution for this ?

EasyPost - Configuration - Does not Add Freight Cost to Shipment

2022 R2 We have paid for Shipping Carrier Integration license. I have integrated EasyPost for UPS using our carrier rates as per the provided guides. Tested the setup and it is connecting properly.Tested Confirming Shipment to Verify Connection - It workedWhen shopping for rates at the sales order document and select a rates, it adds the cost to the document and marks up the cost to add a freight price correctly per the freight terms I have setup. Great.Add cost and price based on rate selected and shipping terms (120% of freight cost)But, we don’t have standard packages for all our products. We do manual packaging. So, our workflow requires us to add packages, dimensions, weights at the shipment document level. No problem, add this at the shipment level instead of sales order level. The issue we are having is that after adding the package details, shopping for rate and selecting a rate it does not update the Freight Cost field. Fixing acuminator PX1072 warning inside static methods

I need to fix acuminator warnings of type PX1072. Here I have a custom graph written in which there’s a static method. Inside this static method, I need to use graph in BQL statements. Since its custom graph with static method, so I cannot use this and Base as well. Initial code is using new PxGraph() as a wrokaround. Below is the screenshot. Also wanted to understand if calling a delegate having update/insert statements at various places inside row selected is good or bad? I am using 2024R1 Preview as my instance.

Receipt Line PR574695 - 1 not found.

Hi,My application generates request, which creates bill. It worked till Monday, but after Acumatica was updated I started receive such error :"Receipt Line PR574695 - 1 not found.",. Bank Feeds 2022 R2

Hi, We have a client that uses Amex@work for their users. As of the current release 2022 R1, Plaid does not integrate with the Amex@work platform only individual Amex Accounts. Our client has over 100 Amex Accounts that they would have to purchase bank feeds for since Acumatica and Plaid do not work with Amex@work. Does anyone know if the new service called MX is compatible with Amex@work in the newest release 2022 R2? Also, if not is there an efficient workaround to make Acumatica and Amex@work integrate together. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis

GET request for retrieving Purchase Receipts

Hi,Recently I faced with such problem :Earlier such request worked : https://abcd.acumatica.com/entity/ARTSDocEndpoint/20.200.001/PurchaseReceipt?$filter=ReceiptNbr eq 'PR001383' and VendoriD eq 'PP1'&$expand=DetailsBut now it loading all set of data from Acumatica and I get timeoutI set timeout at 10 minutes and after that Acumatica returned all Receipts that are present at Acumatica.I doublechecked data that I am trying to get via filters and tried to get another data from Acumatica - noting worked. I tried to perform similar request with PurchaseOrder and Vendor entities - everything worked. Also, I checked endpoint and all fields are present for Purchase ReceiptPlease help, maybe some addtional configuration should be checked

Hi, In my Acumatica 21.211.0033 I need to configure endpoint in such way that I will have an ability to generate Checks and Payments item with type Prepayment that will have ‘Documents to Apply’ table and ‘Orders’ tableI have already found and added ‘Documents to Apply’ tableBut I can’t find ‘Order’ table for checkes and payments. What is the specific purpose of the tax agency for the Vertex integration

Our organization is working toward use of the Vertex tax integration with Acumatica. In review of the documentation, it states the need to create a tax agency vendor specific to/for Vertex. We are trying to understand the specific use of that vendor account. Is it just for the integration, or will all taxes be paid to that Vertex vendor?Currently, we have multiple accounts with state and local entities as we file and pay taxes. We just need to understand if this single agency vendor will then replace those individual accounts, or if the Vertex vendor is just used for the interface.
