A user in Acumatica tenant has been restricted to see only the master files. Everything was fine yesterday, when the user came today, upon login in the tenant, he could see only the master files.
He could not see even a single transaction.
What could be the issue or where exactly was the restriction made?
Urgently need to help the user.

Was there anything done to the system overnight? A customization package publish, an upgrade done?
As sometimes as silly as this sounds, have the user clear all internet caches and log back in to see if that changes.

Found a solution.
This happened because the company had being specified access role as administrator but the user dint have administrator rights.
I removed the access role.
