Our shipments in Acumatica are updating our BigCommerce sales order to a status of shipped.  If we cancel the order in Acumatica can the sales order sync the BigCommerce sales order to cancelled?

 

@suzanne49 do you have Bi-Directional sync for the sales orders? I think if you enable it, the cancelled order in Acumatica will sync it’s status back to bigCommerce.

@smarenich bi-directional sync for sales orders exists only for BigCommerce?


@jhsu64 bi-directional sync for Shopify is in development and should be available in the next 2022r2 release.
