Using Acumatica Add-in in Outlook PWA

We are transitioning to using Outlook PWA and have found the Acumatica Add-In won’t load. We’ve been using it from the desktop app but when we convert a user to PWA it doesn’t show up. We tried delring and reinstalling it, we also tried loading it from the admin portal and still nothing.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it?

Hi Eddie,

As per the Software Requirements here: https://help.acumatica.com/(W(1))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=0c5ef3eb-7743-46ab-8381-31a65d1caab4, Outlook PWA (Progressive Web Application) is not yet supported by the Acumatica Add-in for Outlook.

Currently, this feature is not supported, Please use the Web Outlook or Outlook app to add in and use it.
