BigComm order is synced into 2022R2 cleanly. But then it is switching back to "Prepared" Status in Sync History
We just upgraded to 2022R2 - Build 22.207.0013.
And we are having performance issues with our order syncs from BigCommerce. The orders are Preparing and Processing as expected - and this is verified in the Sync History page.
However - shortly after processing into the system, the order gets switched back to a status of “Prepared”. The system is then trying to re-process the same order - even though it already exists now.
This is causing system perf issues as the day goes on - and the number of orders grows.
The Prepare and Process jobs are scheduled to run every 60 seconds.
Thoughts?

Hi @jjakabcsin37 were you able to find a solution? Thank you!
I started a Ticket/Case earlier today. It has been escalated internally now.
Thanks!
@jjakabcsin37
The prepared status after the order is created, processing this should not take much time as it only changes the status of the sync history and nothing else. But still we can look into the performance issues.
If you say that nothing has been changed with respect to the processor, then it shouldn't decrease the performance without a reason. You can create a case with Acumatica support, we can investigate it.
Thanks for the reply!
The orders are not being changed after initial creation. They are, however, being reset to a Prepared status and running through the Prep and Process repeatedly throughout the day.
Currently, it is taking 19 mins to create a single order. This is from the receipt of the order into the Sync History page and its final creation of an actual Acu ERP order. The total time was 13 mins about 2 hours earlier. That signals (to me) that the system is slowing itself by “re-processing” orders that should not be considered.
We have a very high order velocity - plus logistical needs that dictate our 60 sec intervals.
This has worked perfectly for almost two years on our previous Acu version. It never restarted the Prepare process. Are we missing a new setting in the new version?
@jjakabcsin37
The orders goes to Prepared status again because their might be some changes/updates done to the Order. This should not contribute to the performance issues.
What is the reason for scheduling the Prepare and Process every 60 secs? Do you have high volume of orders.
