We have this issue before in 23R1 version when changing email server and protocol for email accounts, We had to recreate the email accounts to solve the issue. But surprised that same issue happened after upgrading system to 24R2, scheduled receiving email action only download one email from server every time. The account is already have “Delete email on server” after receiving.
is anybody having same issue? is there an easy fix without recreate email account (so have to adjust all default email options)
