Hi guys,

 

I have been introducing the packing feature to our factory staff and training them up on this.

I have been experiencing an issue where when the shipment is open, and a run of production is complete, the produced items OCCASIONALY do not allocate to the sales order and therefore cannot be added to the shipment.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

@aiwan - I see noone has answered this question. If this is still an open issue - I would urge you to enter a support request so that it can be investigated.

How would i go about this?

Should i ask our VARs?

@aiwan - perhaps someone in your IT department first - then if they are not the correct person - yes go to your VAR.
