is there a way to reprint an ASN label after it’s already been completed. I know I can reprint if it’s not completed but not when it’s totally finished.

Reports can generally be reprinted. Can you share some context of how the label gets printed, and perhaps a screen or two. ASN Label, to me seems like a custom report that is not out-of-the-box Acumatica.
I have never tested or looked at the Acumatica Manufacturing addition.
