Hi @Lindsey23! In this case the reason for this is because Cash Accounts have their own access/restriction settings, so only non-cash account GL accounts are currently included in the Restriction Group by GL Account options.

Also, I believe this will be changed in a future build, possibly 23 R2

In Acumatica, you cannot restrict the visibility of GL accounts flagged as Cash Accounts in Restriction Groups because they are required to the financial operations of the organization. Cash accounts are used to track incoming and outgoing cash flows, and limiting their visibility could disrupt effective management and control of these cash flows.

To ensure proper controls and compliance, Acumatica prohibits the restriction of visibility from Cash Accounts within Restriction Groups.
