Device Hub is configured with local usb scale and weight is displayed, Acumatica is seeing the scale on he Scale screen
Item is set to manual pack with a weight.
When confirming a package with the item in WMS / Pack the system is using the weight of the product.
How can you configure to have the package weight pulled from the scale and not use the item weight
Assuming you are on the Pick, Pack, and Ship page, you need to make sure use digital scale is selected and that the correct scale is selected under User Settings.
You can also set a default scale on the User Profile
Interesting we have set in User Profile but it is not flowing in the User Setting as I would expect
If you select Use Digital Scale does it then default in the user’s scale? It may just be a case of Acumatica not implementing the defaulting functionality in which case you would have to set it through the Pick Pack Ship User Settings.
Customer has confirmed when the Scale is set up in the Pick Pack User Settings, the confirm of the Pack still does not use the scale weight. I have created a Support Case thank you for your help
