ZOHO/GMAIL email setup issue

I am trying to config the email in my local system and it keeps on giving me this error for both my zoho account and my gmail account.

This is the configuration. I have done based on this blog i found https://www.augforums.com/using-gmail-with-acumatica/. But it is not working for me.

Hi @tanuj81 I know gmail has gotten more strict with their security and now you have to implement oauth2 as well. Check out this article that could guide you in the right direction: https://www.strategiesgroup.com/blog/acumatica-system-email-processing-for-gmail/

Have you tried with an Outlook account?  At what point are you getting the error message?

@karenenders27 When I press TEST button i get this error. I only have two options ZOHO/GMAIL that I need to deliver so I can’t test for outlook.
