I know how to set the flags for SO’s, Projects, Invoices, etc to keep them from being released when a Customer is on Credit Hold. However, is there a way to keep a customer from even being “selected” for a SO, Project, or Invoice in some setting or configuration?
Or does that require a customization?
Oh, I was in the middle of writing a customization to extend and add more “customer status” codes to the basic drop-down values list in Customer; but is there a way to do that without a customization? Not a big deal, just curious.
