Hi everyone!

We are pleased to announce that a new format of supplementary materials is now available. These are short videos that illustrate the completion of a particular activity of a lesson.

These videos will walk you through the details of a particular process in Acumatica ERP. Each recording includes learning objectives, applicable scenarios, and demonstrations of the steps being performed.

Currently, the materials are available for the F100 Financial Basics course, but we are working on expanding our list.

You can find recordings in the following places:

We highly encourage you to view the videos and share your feedback with us. Give us a heart if you have found the video useful and complete a short survey (click the Feedback button under each recording).

Done that for a while for concrete customers as a guide for implementation and error busting. Great initiative! 1 picture id worth 100 words and 1 clip is worth 100 pictures

The videos added are a great asset! I have shared with several new clients and they are really receptive of it!

@borismatique , @kbeatty21, Thank you for your feedback! It is always a pleasure to understand that the work we do is valuable!

Will there be a series added for 23 R1 version videos?

Hi @patrickcolgan94.

Thank you for your question.

We regularly update the recordings if there is a change in processes described in the recordings. So the ones we have on the Help Portal are up to date. So if you open the same topic for 2023 R1 version, you will see the latest version of the recording.

Here is the link to the Control Accounts: Process Activity topic for 2023 R1:

You can find the others by the topic name in the Search box on https://help.acumatica.com/(W(23))/Help, or you can click the link from the topic above and remove -2021r2 from the URL to navigate to the latest version of Help documentation.
