Get "Execute Timeout Error" when releasing an AR Credit Memo applied to an AR Invoice.

In 22R2 when trying to “Release” an AR Credit Memo generated from “Reversing” an Original AR Invoice an error message appears 

"Execute Timeout Error Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" error.

 

I’ve seen this issue on forum for other situations in system and says resolved in previous versions prior to 22R2.
