Do we have the ability to offer different Shipping Methods in BigCommerce that will be mapped to existing Ship Vias in Acumatica?

Would this configuration through the Entities work well?

Where do we map the Shipping Method in BigCommerce to the Ship Via in Acumatica?

@MichaelTobi Certainly, you can map using the BigCommerce Stores form. You can either map it manually or when the order is imported and if the connector could not find the required mapping in the mapping table then it would add the BC ship via to the table and raise an error asking you to map it with Acumatica Ship Via.

Please refer this article https://help-2021r1.acumatica.com/(W(1))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=a95a0672-c5ed-4a57-9f9b-21b8d6a6befc

@MichaelTobi Yes, it would be “Pick-Up” in this case which is same as the Display Name. But dont except it to be always like this. Especially, with Carrier integration like UPS, USPS, BigCommerce sends their own value and that’s the reason we added the logic of adding the missing Ship Via name automatically to the mapping table when the sales order is imported. At this point of time, you can go and map it with Acumatica Ship Via and then sync the sales order again.

In 2022R1, we will add all the popular shipping methods and payment methods automatically when the store is created and then you can activate the ones required.

@KarthikGajendran Thank you for the quick reply. Very helpful as always.

Regarding the “Store Shipping Method”, would that be the Display Name used in the BigCommerce store? For instance, would I enter “Pick-Up” as the Shipping Method and then identify the corresponding Ship Via in Acumatica?
