MRP not rounding up

We have just upgraded to 2022 R2, until the upgrade the MRP, when creating the transfer, would round up to the nearest whole number for any stock items that have a UOM of EACH and non divisible.  This wouldn’t happen in the MRP display but would happen when creating a transfer.

Now when we try to create the transfer it is not rounding and so we are getting a lot of errors that EACH sales UOM is not divisible for this stock item.

Is there a config that has changed that we can change back?

Have you checked that the Roundup checkbox is still selected on stock items?

Quantity Round Up    A check box that indicates (if selected) that the system rounds up the required quantity to the next integer in the following documents and options: forecasts, bills of material, estimates, production details, configuration feature options, and configuration options.

As a general statement, settings are not altered when upgrading versions.  I would recommend you send this through Acumatica support so they can look at your database and particular scenario.

Without taking the upgrade into account, where would we set this up?

We run the calculate replenishment parameters which sets up ROP’s and Safety stock to two decimal places regardless of UOM and divisibility.

Then we go to MRP Display and run it.  It suggests requirements also to two decimal places, however we would like it to then round up when creating the transfer/purchase order for UOM’s that are not divisible.
