say if i want to review run a report to show production ticket A and B from the period of Nov  2021 labor hours details. it seems like the native report do not have a field of production ticket number..the exact field for filtering..

do we have to customize the report?

thank you

Zoey

You can accomplish this by leveraging the “Additional Sort & Filters” tab of the Report to build the specific filter you desire.

It is feasible to have labor transactions for more than on Production Order in the same batch - depending on your business process.

The Labor screen is a Generic Inquiry, and if you did have a one-to-one relationship between batch and production order, I believe you could joint tables with the Generic Inquiry editor.

This article details the manufacturing tables.  You woull want to use the data in AMMTran.

Thank you for getting back. can we add a field from report writer to the native labor form? it is currently by batch number, users will have to drill down what production ticket is for AMB000118.

this form below:

Thank you Angie,

yes, one production ticket could have multiple labor ticket, a customized report or select statement would work. i am just thinking on users level when in using the native report without emotional reaction.

we have not yet tried the generic inquiry editor, we are labor intensive manufactory and heavily testing labor function.
