is there a way to manufacture in seconds and change the operation sequence after you have made the BOM or routing.
example:
operation 10 takes 1.5 minutes
operation 20 takes 15.25 minutes
etc
I only see days hour minutes or hour minutes but no seconds.

You will need to express the machine time or run time in full minutes. Increase the run units or machine units. In your example,
operation 10 takes 1.5 minutes Change this to 2 units in 3 minutes
operation 20 takes 15.25 minutes Change this to 4 units in 61 minutes.
Since a BOM is based on one unit being created, Acumatica will use this as a ratio to calculate the time based on the production order size.
