Hello! im wondering where I need to mark within Acumatica to not include our expired material as available in the MRP? I am sure its a simple check mark, but I have not been able to find it.

Unfortunately I don’t think you are missing anything obvious.
If you want to exclude an entire item/SKU from MRP there is a flag.
Also if you want to exclude inventory in a specific location there is a flag.
I would think if you have record of the items that are expired, you could move them to a different location, and that location would have MRP disabled.
