Using sales tools like Backdrop or Proposify with Acumatica CRM

A client using Acumatica CRM, combined with Acumatica Construction and Manufacturing editions, is considering using a tool like Backdrop ( or Proposify ( to improve their communicationwith prospects including the delivery of proposals.  Does anyone in the community have experience using these or similar tools and Acumatica CRM?

Yeah, I do have experience with similar tools. The most important I would like to mention it is integrating with Acumatica, it's important to ensure that the third-party tool can access the relevant data within Acumatica, such as customer and prospect information, product information, and pricing data. The integration should also be set up in a way that prevents data duplication or inconsistencies.

Mostly, I use linkedin navigator chrome extension with Acumatica. In short, LinkedIn Navigator is a powerful tool that helps sales professionals find and connect with potential customers on LinkedIn. It provides advanced search capabilities, lead recommendations, and the ability to save and track leads. By integrating LinkedIn Navigator with Acumatica CRM, sales teams can easily import LinkedIn leads and contacts into their CRM system, view LinkedIn profile information from within the CRM, and track the sales activity associated with each lead.
