Multi EIN Company - Divisionalized under one Instance ? - or Multi Instance Multi Company ?

We JUST started implementing Acumatica and have 3 similar companies operating under separate EIN requiring separate P&L, Tax returns, etc.

Interested to know if ANY options exist other than separate Tennants/Companies and if there is a viable solution to have a single Tennant/Company with separate divisions.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    If these companies are legally different entities that considering the different EIN fact apparently they are, then you need to setup different Companies (Organizations) but they can be in one Tenant.
