Importing Expense Receipts

Has anyone had success importing expense receipts via import scenario? 

Here is my import and the system will process like it is working but then it doesn’t import. Any suggestions?

    @kandybeatty49 are you set as an employee or as a delegate of all employee records in the file?

          @kandybeatty49 put yourself on the top the company tree (top hierarchy). I think that will solve the your issue.
